The Weedmaps Terms of Use (the “Weedmaps Terms”), which can be found at https://weedmaps.com/legal/terms, and these WM Store Terms of Use (the “WM Store Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WM Store functionality provided via this Long Beach Wellness Center WM Store site, including any order functionality used by Long Beach Wellness Center and powered by Weedmaps (other than order functionality provided via weedmaps.com or the Weedmaps’ official iOS or Android applications) (the “WM Store Services”).

By using the WM Store Services, you agree to be bound by the Weedmaps Terms and these WM Store Terms, and you acknowledge our WM Store Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and share with third parties the information we collect via this Long Beach Wellness Center WM Store site. In the event there is a conflict between these WM Store Terms and the Weedmaps Terms, the Weedmaps Terms shall control to the extent of the conflict.

Weedmaps, on the one hand, and Long Beach Wellness Center and its affiliates (“Long Beach Wellness Center”), on the other hand, are separate businesses and legal entities. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any separate Long Beach Wellness Center policies, these WM Store Terms, the Weedmaps Terms and the WM Store Privacy Policy govern your use of the WM Store Services. You agree that Weedmaps is not responsible for Long Beach Wellness Center’s business practices.

You understand that Long Beach Wellness Center may send you sales and marketing emails. You can opt-out of receiving Long Beach Wellness Center sales and marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails. This will not affect subsequent subscriptions and, if your opt-out is limited to certain types of emails, the opt-out will be so limited. Long Beach Wellness Center reserves the right to send you emails relating to your Long Beach Wellness Center account or use of its services, such as administrative and service announcements, and these transactional account messages may be unaffected if you choose to opt-out from receiving Long Beach Wellness Center’s marketing emails.

You understand that Long Beach Wellness Center is not responsible for any texts or calls you receive from Weedmaps, and you explicitly disclaim any liability against Long Beach Wellness Center for any such texts or calls.
